About Ana
As a Connector and a People Developer, I work with acheivers and entreprenuers who aspire to develop leadership.
My first ventures as an entreprenuer began as a child when my Girl Scout Troop raised money for trips. We created a circus in the fourth grade, with multiple acts and costume changes. We moved on to Spook Houses in the fifth grade. The spook house was so clever, with a real casket from Dacus Casket Company, a maze one crawled through on hands and knees, scenarios of dumies eating from plates covered with rats and spiders, and a delightful fortune teller at the end. These creative endeavors paid the way for camping trips, and a wonderful trip to Six Flags Over Texas.
Personal development, and coaching have been a key part of my life for years as well. I have been privileged to study with many teachers, including Sandra Ray, Relationships Training, Dr. Michael Ryce, and recently Master Coach Sande Churchill.
Leadership is a personal passion of mine. I must acknowledge the wonderful Toastmasters International for the leadership and communication training that I continue to benefit from, as well as mentors in the National Speakers Association. Acording to John Maxwell, leadership is not about managing people, but rather influencing them.
